✨ UX-Republic is hiring: Senior Product Designer (PACA Region) ✨

UX-Republic, the expert UX consulting firm, is expanding its presence in the PACA region. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer capable of working with our major clients to transform complex systems into fluid and high-performing experiences.

As a consultant, you are not just a "mockup maker"; you are the guardian of the product vision, bridging the gap between Business (KPIs), User needs, and Tech constraints.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally gained in an agency (but not mandatory), and will provide personalized, high-quality service to our clients on the following missions: 🪄

• Discovery & Research: Planning and conducting UX audits, user interviews, usability testing, and product metric analysis.
• Strategy & Ideation: Facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops (Design Thinking, Design Sprint) to align business and technical visions.
• Design & Craft: Information architecture, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping using Figma.
• Design System: Contributing to product scalability through the implementation and documentation of reusable components (Design Tokens, Auto-layout).
• Business Impact: Defining and tracking success indicators (UX Metrics) to measure the real impact of your solutions.

Your Profile:

Expected Skills and Proficiencies:

• Figma Mastery: Expert in complex components, variables, and interactive prototyping.
• B2B Culture: Significant experience with complex business tools, SaaS, or industrial interfaces.
• AI & Automation: Proficiency in generative AI tools for design and optimizing design workflows.
• Accessibility (RGAA): Native integration of inclusion challenges from the design phase.
• Pedagogy: Ability to evangelize Design to non-designer stakeholders (Business Directors, IT).
• Strategic Vision: You understand the ROI of design and can defend your choices with data.
• Autonomy: Ability to be the sole designer within a squad while remaining connected to the UX-Republic practice community.
